Robert F. Young, Deputy Chief Counsel, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, will provide an overview of the State and Federal issues involving jurisdiction over pipelines in Pennsylvania.

As a reminder, conference notification is by e-mail only, including the business meeting items (linked below) which include the proposed slate of officers, and the proposed 2019 budget.
 
Each year this is a well-attended event so make sure you register early as we near facility capacity.

If you have a supervisor retiring who has served a minimum of three terms please email secretary@ccato.org and provide names and years served. We will make contact for any additional details needed.
