Each year this is a well-attended event so make sure you register early as we near facility capacity.

We would like to acknowledge and honor any retiring supervisors who have served a minimum of three terms. If you have a supervisor retiring who has served a minimum of three terms please email secretary@ccato.org and provide names and years served. We will make contact for any additional details needed.

If you cannot use the electronic form, please email registration to e-services@ccato.org no later than October 30th.  Please specify if you would like Prime Rib or Salmon for dinner.
